Choose a package

Shop for retail billing, Business when you need repair desks and staff tools. Monthly or yearly.

Create the shop

Name, Vendor ID, owner email, and password. EzziDesk creates the vendor row, subscription, and private database.

Sign in and sell

Open the subdomain, or type the Vendor ID on /user/login. Add products, open POS, and print the first bill.

FAQ

Before you create the first shop

Does each shop get its own database?

Yes. Provisioning creates ezzidesk_{vendor_id} and runs tenant migrations there. Products and users never share a table with another shop.

What if we do not have a subdomain yet?

On localhost or the main domain, the login form shows Vendor ID. After DNS for *.yourdomain.com, that field hides automatically.

Can Super Admin change a plan later?

Yes. The shop owner pays, renews, or upgrades from Package & billing on the vendor dashboard. Super Admin can also assign a package. The shop keeps its database.

Is online payment included?

Yes. Vendors pay from Package & billing. Turn on Razorpay in Super Admin → Settings for UPI and cards. If Razorpay is off, the shop can still record the payment and extend the package.

Can a shop be turned off?

Set status to inactive or suspended. Staff are blocked at login until Super Admin reactivates the vendor.

Where do contact messages go?

The landing form stores inquiries in the central database. Super Admin opens them under Inquiries.
